Affiliate Guarantors definition

Affiliate Guarantors means, jointly and severally, Macerich Great Falls Limited Partnership, a California limited partnership, Macerich Oklahoma Limited Partnership, a California limited partnership, Macerich Westside Adjacent Limited Partnership, a California limited partnership, Macerich Sassafras Limited Partnership, a California limited partnership, Northgate Mall Associates, a California general partnership, and any other guarantors executing Supplemental Guaranties in accordance with Section 4.1 of the Credit Agreement.

Affiliate Guarantors is defined in the preamble.

Affiliate Guarantors means (i) ntl Kirklees, a private unlimited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales; and (ii) ntl Glasgow, a private unlimited company incorporated under the laws of Scotland, each of which is an indirect Subsidiary of Virgin Media and has provided a guarantee under the Existing Senior Secured Notes.

• As credit support for the Obligations, on or before the Closing Date, the Westcor Guarantors, the Wilmorite Guarantors and the Affiliate Guarantors shall each execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, a Subsidiary Guaranty.

Affiliate Guarantors means, jointly and severally, MACERICH BRISTOL ASSOCIATES, a California general partnership, and its successors, MACERICH GREAT FALLS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a California limited partnership, and its successors, MACERICH OKLAHOMA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a California limited partnership, and its successors, MACERICH WESTSIDE ADJACENT LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a California limited partnership, and its successors, MACERICH SASSAFRAS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a California limited partnership, and its successors, NORTHGATE MALL ASSOCIATES, a California general partnership, and its successors, and any other guarantors executing Supplemental Guaranties in accordance with Section 4.1 of the Credit Agreement.

Affiliate Guarantors means, collectively, Generic Technology Limited, a Fiji corporation, Datec (Fiji) Limited, a Fiji corporation, Network Services Limited, a Fiji corporation, Xxxxxxx Technology Group (NZ) Limited, a New Zealand corporation, Datec Investments Limited, a New Zealand corporation, Mobile Technology Solutions Limited, a New Zealand corporation, Datec (Samoa) Ltd., a Samoa corporation, and Datec (Tonga) Limited, a Tonga corporation, and “Affiliate Guarantor” means any of them.
