Affiliate Borrower Collateral Pool Property definition

Affiliate Borrower Collateral Pool Property means the Collateral Pool Property as defined in an Affiliate Borrower Credit Agreement.

  • Borrower Collateral means all of Borrower's now owned or hereafter acquired right, title, and interest in and to each of the following:

  • Priority Collateral means the ABL Priority Collateral or the Term Priority Collateral, as applicable.

  • Borrowing Base Value means, with respect to any Oil and Gas Property of a Credit Party or any Swap Agreement in respect of commodities, the value the Administrative Agent attributed to such asset in connection with the most recent determination of the Borrowing Base as confirmed by Required Lenders.
