Affiliate Accounts Payable definition
Affiliate Accounts Payable means any accounts payable by the Company or the Company Subsidiaries to Affiliates of the Company or any Company Subsidiary (as determined immediately prior to the Closing), other than the Company or any Company Subsidiary, as determined from time to time in accordance with GAAP and using the same policies, practices and methods as used to prepare the financial statements of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries as of September 30, 2003. For the avoidance of doubt, Affiliate Accounts Payable shall be treated as Current Liabilities for purposes of this Agreement.
