AFCS means Automatic Flight Control System.

• PENNDOT and CONTRACTOR have negotiated this Contract as their final and entire agreement with regard to the provision of labor, technical expertise, hardware, software, integration with key internal and external systems, and associated implementation, maintenance and knowledge transfer services for AFCS.

• The dues deductions report shall be submitted by AFCS electronically to CUPE to the email addresses that they provide.
