AFA Agreements definition
AFA Agreements means that certain Management Agreement between the Company and the AFA Service Corporation, that certain Fourth Amended and Restated Revolving Loan Agreement between the Company and the AFA Service Corporation and the related Fourth Amended and Restated Promissory Note.
