Aetna Contract definition

Aetna Contract means that certain Facility Agreement, effective on May 1, 1996, by and between United States Health Care Systems of Pennsylvania, Inc. d/b/a Aetna U.S. Healthcare and Keystone Kidney Center, as amended by that certain Amendment, effective as of October 15, 2001, that certain Amendment, dated as of September 15, 2003, and that certain Amendment, dated as of January 1, 2007.
Aetna Contract means that certain administrative services agreement, Contract Number ASC-367905, between Aetna Life Insurance Company and Offray.
