Advised Client definition

Advised Client means each Advisory Client to which the Company provides Investment Services that is advised, sponsored or otherwise has its account managed by an investment or financial adviser unaffiliated with the Company with authority to provide consents with respect to such Persons and that are identified in Section 3.12 of the Company Disclosure Schedule as “Advised Clients”.

Examples of Advised Client in a sentence

  • If Client participates in the Advisor Network program and enters into a written agreement with a Third-Party Advisor, Client agrees to the terms set forth on the “Betterment Advisor Network Terms and Advised Client Funds Transfer Authorization” attachment to this Agreement with respect to such Third-Party Advisor.

  • Advisor has received and reviewed the Advised Client Funds Transfer Authorization to which each Client consents when opening an Account and understands the scope and nature of the authority conferred therein.

  • The Company shall request the written consent of each Separate Account Client, Advised Client Adviser, or Fund Investor, as applicable, and the Consent Notice shall include such request, to the assignment by the Company to Buyer Adviser of the Advisory Contract of such Separate Account Client, Advised Client or applicable Patriot Private Fund, and the Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain such consent (each such consent, a “Non-RIC Account Consent”).

Related to Advised Client

  • End Client means the end client (if any) in respect of the project in connection with which the Supplier is providing its Services as a sub-contractor;

  • Advisory Client means any client (including both investment companies and managed accounts) for which Invesco serves as an investment adviser, renders investment advice, or makes investment decisions.

  • The Client means the organization purchasing the service.

  • Professional Client means a client meeting the criteria laid down in Annex II;

  • Prospective Client means any person or entity to which the Corporation, or any of its Subsidiaries, provided, or from which the Corporation, or any of its Subsidiaries received, a proposal, bid, or written inquiry (general advertising or promotional materials and mass mailings excepted) and with which the Participant had contact, or about which the Participant had access to Confidential Information, during the last twelve (12) months of his or her employment.
