In the event that the Advertising Spot is accompanied by a separate audiovisual, or only visual message designed to promote the same Client (hereinafter referred to as the “ Active Injection”), then the Reference CPP for the purposes of determining the Price of Advertising Spots shall be multiplied by the coefficient 1.15.
