Advertising Campaign definition

Advertising Campaign means advertisements substantially similar in nature, regardless of the media in which they are placed.
Advertising Campaign simultaneous release of a specific Advertising Message in a selection of Digital Media purchased by S4M and covered by a unique Purchase Order.
Advertising Campaign means an advertising package that focuses on the advertising/promotion of a single product or event.

Examples of Advertising Campaign in a sentence

  • An Order must contain especially the number of TRPs in the relevant period (a calendar month at the most), the target group, the price per unit and the duration of the Advertising Campaign.

  • Should an Advertising Campaign extend to more calendar months and the Customer does not expressly warn of it in the Order, it is an Order of more Advertising Campaigns related to each calendar months in question; therefore, it can be the case that the individual Advertising Campaigns related to the calendar months in question will be possible to be ordered only “for reality” pursuant to the second sentence of this section.

  • Should an Advertising Campaign extend to more calendar months and the Customer does not expressly warn of it in the Order, the Order is for more Advertising Campaigns, related to each calendar month in question.

  • When calculating the total price of the Advertising Campaign, surcharges, discounts or other modifications of the Price List prices or prices agreed to between the Contracting Parties shall also be taken into consideration.

  • Another Order within one Advertising Campaign shall be considered an extension of the initial Order.
