Advertised per-pupil administrative costs means the per-pupil administrative costs as defined by the Comparative Spending Guide and advertised in the school district budget software pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:22-11.
Administrative Costs means all costs and expenses associated with providing notice of the Settlement to the Settlement Class and otherwise administering or carrying out the terms of the Settlement. Direct medical education costs means costs directly associated with the medical education of interns and residents or other medical education programs, such as a nursing education program or allied health programs, conducted in an outpatient setting, that qualify for payment as medical education costs under the Medicare program. Routine Patient Costs means all health care services that are otherwise covered under the Group Contract for the treatment of cancer or other Life-threatening Condition that is typically covered for a patient who is not enrolled in an Approved Clinical Trial.
General and Administrative Costs means reasonable, normal and customary expenses and costs paid or payable that are classified as general and administrative costs, including salaries and all other compensation to the management of the Borrower, consulting fees, salary, rent, supplies, travel and entertainment, insurance, accounting, legal, engineering and broker related fees, required to manage the affairs of the Borrower.
Administrative Cost Rate As of any date of determination, a rate equal to the sum of the Servicing Fee Rate, the Operating Advisor Fee Rate, the Asset Representations Reviewer Ongoing Fee Rate, the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate and the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate.

Training costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.
