Adverse Media Cover definition

Adverse Media Cover means national or local news exposure in television, radio, print or internet media that is reasonably likely to have a negative impact on You with respect to Your income, reputation, community relations, public confidence orgoodwill.

This determination must be made on a case-by-case basis taking into account the geographic extent, in- tensity, duration, frequency and time of visibility impairment, and how these factors correlate with (1) times of vis- itor use of the Federal Class I area, and(2) the frequency and timing of natural conditions that reduce visibility.

  • Urgent medical condition means a condition that satisfies either of the following:

  • EG means the Enforcement Guide;

  • slaughterhouse means slaughterhouse as defined in point 1.16 of Annex I of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004;

  • We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.

  • Postconsumer material means a material or finished product that has served its intended use and has been discarded for disposal or recovery, having completed its life as a consumer item. Postconsumer material is a part of the broader category of “recovered material.”

  • Name of Public Employer means “Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, Owner, for the use and benefit of Institution Name, Using Agency”
