Advanced Exchange definition

Advanced Exchange means we will ship You a replacement product after the claim has been filed. Upon receipt of the replacement product, the product which was approved for replacement must be returned to Us at Our expense in the return mailer that was shipped to You.
Advanced Exchange. BCS agrees to support DGC's "Advanced Exchange" requirements by delivering replacement MATERIAL prior to receipt of defective MATERIAL from DGC. The parties acknowledge that such Advance Exchange requests shall generally take between [*] and [*] calendar days. 5.4.1 Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon written request from DGC for "Expedited Next-Day Advanced Exchange", BCS will provide next business day shipment of replacement MATERIAL for MATERIAL listed on Attachment A of this Agreement that is covered by BCS's Standard Warranty to any DGC designated U.S. or Canadian location (excepting only requests made on weekends and holidays, which shall be delivered on the second business day) for a [*] per incident charge, unless the necessity for exercising Expedited Next-Day Advanced Exchange is attributable to delinquencies in the delivery of MATERIAL or spare Field Replaceable Units ("FRUs"), or of (normal) Advanced Exchange MATERIAL replacements, or of MATERIAL serviced under BCS's warranty, to DGC by BCS.
Advanced Exchange means a process whereby the Seller shall ship to Buyer or Buyer’s customer a replacement Spare before the receipt of a defective Spare.

  • In connection with Your payment or preauthorization of the fees for Repair Services and/or the Advanced Exchange Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to such payment, including without limitation Your name, credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your credit card “security code,” and Your billing address (collectively, “Payment Information”).

  • NOTICE: Advanced Exchange is NOT included in association with “Worldwide Service”.

  • Except to the extent that RIM is expressly prohibited by applicable, mandatory law, RIM warrants that the Repair Services provided for Your BlackBerry PlayBook will be free from defects (including any hidden defects) in materials and workmanship for a period that concludes ninety (90) days from the date the Repair Services were performed by RIM or Your receipt of the Advanced Exchange PlayBook (the "Warranty Period") pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Certain Supported Products can be purchased with Advanced Exchange Service to support a Qualified Repair(s).

  • If the Advanced Exchange option has been purchased, LightPointe will use all reasonable efforts to ship interim loan hardware on an Advance Exchange basis the same business day you call.

  • Advanced Exchange Service is available for U.S. and limited European installations, next-day replacement.

  • Reviews will be held on a quarterly basis or as required to adjust the COP inventory and procure additional Equipment as needed to ensure an adequate level of inventory is available to fulfill the current volume of Advanced Exchange and evaluation Equipment transaction volumes.

Advanced Exchange means an Exchange where Exchange Equipment is delivered by Supplier to Purchaser prior to receipt by Supplier of the Removed Equipment.
