Advance Record definition

Advance Record means that term as defined in Section 2.14(a) hereof.

  • Any and all such periodic or other statements or reconciliations of the Advance Record shall be final, binding and conclusive upon the Borrower and the other Credit Parties in all respects, absent manifest error, unless the Agent receives specific written objection thereto from the Borrower within thirty (30) Business Days after such statements or reconciliation shall have been sent to the Borrower.

  • The Advance Record will be credited in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement with all payments received by the Agent directly from the Borrower or any other Credit Party or otherwise for the account of the Borrower or any other Credit Party pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Each entry by the Agent in the Advance Record shall be, to the extent permitted by applicable law and absent manifest error, prima facie evidence of the data entered.

  • The Borrower hereby authorizes the Agent, on behalf of the Lenders, to charge the Advance Record with all Revolving Loans, Swingline Loans and all other Obligations under this Agreement or any other Loan Document.

  • Except for the crediting to the Advance Record of Collections deposited to one or more Cash Collateral Accounts as provided below, the Borrower shall make all other payments to be made by the Borrower under this Agreement with respect to the Obligations not later than 10:00 a.m. (Pacific time) on the day when due, without setoff, counterclaim, defense or deduction of any kind.

  • Case record means the file of personally identifiable information, whether written or electronic in form, on an individual that is collected to carry out the purposes of the division as defined in the Act and the Social Security Act. This information remains a part of the case record and is subject to these rules even when temporarily physically removed, either in whole or in part, from the file folder in which it is normally kept.

  • s Record Subrecipient’s records shall be sufficient to:

  • Collateral Records means books, records, ledger cards, files, correspondence, customer lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, computer software, computer printouts, tapes, disks and related data processing software and similar items that at any time evidence or contain information relating to any of the Collateral or are otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or realization thereupon.

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.

  • Client record means collected documentation of the behavioral health services provided to and information gathered regarding a client.

  • Motor vehicle record or "MVR" means a driving record under Subsection 53-3-109(6)(a).

  • Request regarding a statement of account means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a statement indicating what the debtor believes to be the aggregate amount of unpaid obligations secured by collateral as of a specified date and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • Monthly Records means all records and data maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Receivables, including the following with respect to each Receivable: the account number; the originating Dealer; Obligor name; Obligor address; Obligor home phone number; Obligor business phone number; original Principal Balance; original term; Annual Percentage Rate; current Principal Balance; current remaining term; origination date; first payment date; final scheduled payment date; next payment due date; date of most recent payment; new/used classification; collateral description; days currently delinquent; number of contract extensions (months) to date; amount of Scheduled Receivables Payment; and past due late charges.

  • Merchant Account means an account used to submit credit card or debit card transactions or process credit card or debit card transactions.

  • Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.

  • Account Records is defined in Section 1(a)(i) of the Administration Agreement.

  • Collection site means the location of waste containers on collection day.

  • Customer of Record means the person that applies for utility service and is identified in the account records of a public utility as the person responsible for payment of the public utility bill. A customer may or may not be an end user, as defined herein.

  • City Ledger Report means a list submitted by the Contractor indicating on a daily basis its total number of sleeping room nights rented as well as the total number for sleeping rooms removed from its available inventory or rentals, for purposes of repair.

  • Remittance Report A report prepared by the Master Servicer and delivered to the Trustee and the NIM Insurer in accordance with Section 4.04.

  • Monthly Report has the meaning assigned in Section 6.01.

  • Vital record means that term as defined in section 2805 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.2805.

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Project Record means the separate set of Drawings and Specifications as further set forth in paragraph 4.02A.

  • Collection Point means the collection point for the Vehicle specified in the Confirmation and/or Rental Agreement;

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • Servicing Records All documents, books, records and other information (including, without limitation, computer programs, tapes, disks, data processing software and related property rights) prepared and maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Loans and the related Obligors.
