Advance Payment Request means a written request from the Borrower to the Lender to prepay all or part of the Loan. An "Advance Payment Amount" means the amount of the Principal Balance and accrued interest that must be paid in advance by the Borrower. An "Early Payment Date" means the date, which must be a Payment Due Date, on which the Borrower proposes to prepay an Early Redemption Amount. To facilitate the calculation, the total amount of the early redemption will first be used to offset any interest due at the time of the request and the second will be used to reduce the capital balance due at the time of the prepayment request.

Related to Advance Payment Request

  • Payment request means any request for contract financing payment or invoice payment by the Contractor. To constitute a proper invoice, the payment request must comply with the requirements identified in the applicable Prompt Payment clause included in the contract, or the clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items included in commercial item contracts.
