Advance Agreement definition

Advance Agreement means the Advance Extension Agreement, dated as of August 21, 2012, between Muscle Shoals and Rexam, as amended by the Amendment to Advance Extension Agreement dated as of December 11, 2013 and as may be further amended, restated, supplemented, otherwise modified, extended, renewed, or replaced from time to time.
Advance Agreement means the agreement between the Authority and the Contractor in respect of the allowability of a particular cost entered into in accordance with Paragraph 4 (Advance Agreements) of Part 4 of the Finance Schedule (Costs Principles and Procedures);
Advance Agreement means the Amended and Restated Advance Agreement, dated as of December 8, 1998, by and between the Borrower and the Company.
