Adult supervision definition

Adult supervision means a situation whereby a child at rest or play is within the constant sight and hearing of an adult, age 18 or over, who is charged with safeguarding the child. Adult supervision must be of a nature that is uninterrupted, meaning that it is without absences, voids, or distractions that separate adult from child by distance, obstacles, or any hindrance to sight and sound communication.
