ADT NA Distribution Date definition

ADT NA Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the ADT NA Separation Agreement.
ADT NA Distribution Date means the date on which Tyco International distributes all of the issued and outstanding shares of ADT NA Common Stock to the holders of Tyco Common Stock.

  • Following the ADT NA Distribution Date, Tyco shall retain sponsorship of, and sole responsibility for all Assets and Liabilities under the pension plans listed in Schedule 6.4(b) (the “Tyco Retained Pension Plans”), and ADT NA shall have no obligation with respect thereto.
