Admission Certificate definition

Admission Certificate refers to a specific document delivered by the competent authorities of one Contracting Party to investors of the other Contracting Party indicating that their investments have been approved under the laws and regulations of the host party. The Admission Certificate may specify certain conditions under which the investments has been admitted.
