Administrator in charge means the person who in the absence of the president has the authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the president.

  • Trustee Fees The amount or amounts set forth in the Trustee Fee Letter.

  • Records administrator means the director, county clerk, municipal secretary, superintendent, or other person responsible for maintaining the records of the local governmental entity.

  • SARON Administrator means the SIX Swiss Exchange AG (or any successor administrator of the Swiss Average Rate Overnight).
