Examples of Administrative Services Fees in a sentence

  • If, for any Year, the total Actual Administrative Services Fees paid by a Service Recipient is less than the total Exhibit B Administrative Services Fees for such Service Recipient, there shall be deemed to exist a shortfall in an amount equal to the difference between the total Exhibit B Administrative Services Fees for such Service Recipient and the total Actual Administrative Services Fees paid by such Service Recipient (hereinafter “Administrative Services Shortfall”).

  • The following represents an overview of pricing: As set forth in Attachment E, Contractors Administrative Services Fees is the percentage amount Contractor charges for the fulfillment of a position excluding the fully burdened labor rate.

  • The Agreement shall survive the termination to the extent necessary for each party to perform its obligations with respect to shares for which Administrative Services Fees continues to be due subsequent to such termination.

  • Administrative Services Fees shall be accrued by the Fund daily and shall be payable monthly in arrears on the first day of each calendar month for services performed under this Agreement during the prior calendar month.

  • You will pay to us our quota share percentage of the Administrative Services Fees which are paid to you through the Administrative Services Agreements with the underlying fund companies.

  • If Administrative Service Fees begin to accrue before the end of any month or if this Agreement terminates before the end of any month, all Administrative Services Fees and Annual Charges for the period from that date to the end of that month or from the beginning of that month to the date of termination, as the case may be, shall be prorated according to the proportion that the period bears to the full month in which the effectiveness or termination occurs.

  • These fees shall be payable (i) for those services for which an annual fee is charged ("Annual Charges"), in the same manner and at the same time as the Administrative Services Fees, and (ii) for other services, five days after notification to the Fund by Forum that the services were performed.
