Administrative Material means, in respect of any given employee, assessments, grading, reports, or correspondence (a) generated in the course of such employee’s normal administrative, teaching and service responsibilities, or (b) generated by such employee to assist in or to further the administration, operation, or management of the University.   • Environmentally Sensitive Material means oil, oil products and any other substance (including any chemical, gas or other hazardous or noxious substance) which is (or is capable of being or becoming) polluting, toxic or hazardous;

  • Output Material means any Documents or other materials, and any data or other information provided by the Supplier relating to the Specified Service;
