The State and the Union agree that Administrative Directives, Policies, Procedures, State, Department, and Division Administrative Manuals do not change or delete the articles of this contract.
Other terms and conditions of employment unaltered by any other sections of this Agreement and set forth in Administrative Manuals, Personnel System Rules and Regulations, Ordinances, Resolutions, Administrative Directives and Police Department Rules and Regulations, Orders and Directives shall be continued for the term of this Agreement unless changed by mutual agreement.
Where Administrative Manuals are presently provided (including stations), the manuals will be readily accessible to all employees and the Union, consistent with reasonable security concerns.
The District’s Superintendent shall be responsible for ensuring that all security requirements set forth in the SED Administrative Manuals are strictly followed for NYS Assessments administered in the district.
Customer shall provide training to MPOWER staff regarding (a) pertinent portions of the applicable Membership Agreements, including without limitation covered benefits for medical transportation services, (b) applicable portions of the Administrative Manuals pertaining to MPOWER's obligations hereunder; and (c) any special processes, procedures, or benefits applicable to a specific Contracted Health Plan that are necessary in order for MPOWER to satisfy its obligations under this Agreement.
Unless expressly indicated, such additional practices and procedures shall supplement, and not replace, those set forth in the Administrative Manuals.
Local 145 will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City, and its employees and agents, for any liabilities, including costs and attorneys’ fees, resulting from any conduct by the President in violation of any federal, state, or local law, or any City policy or procedure, including but not limited to Council Policies, Administrative Regulations, Personnel Regulations, Administrative Manuals, or Department Directives, Policies and Procedures.
Provider shall also periodically update the Administrative Manuals on an as-needed basis to reflect changes in the operations or procedures described therein.
As necessary updates and revisions to the Administrative Manuals are determined during the Ramp Up Period, Provider shall prepare such updates and revisions in draft form and submit them to Customer for approval.
The Administrative Manuals also shall include descriptions of the acceptance testing and quality assurance procedures approved by Customer, Provider’s problem management and escalation procedures, and the other standards and procedures of Provider pertinent to Customer’s interaction with Provider in obtaining the Services.
