Administrative Manual definition

Administrative Manual means a manual of the policies and procedures of a Contracted Health Plan that will be jointly developed and followed by Customer and the Contracted Health Plan with respect to administration of the applicable Health Plan Agreement. The Administrative Manual(s) are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
