Administrative Fee Letter definition

Administrative Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated October 14, 2015, among Borrower, IPC, and Xxxxx Fargo.

Administrative Fee Letter shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.7(b) hereof.

More Definitions of Administrative Fee Letter
