Administrative Expense Claims definition

Administrative Expense Claims shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.2(d).
Administrative Expense Claims means a Liability relating to an administrative expense of a kind specified in section 503(b), 507(b) or 1114(e) of the Bankruptcy Code and entitled to priority pursuant to section 507(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code.

Administrative Expense Claims shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Amended Reorganization Plan.
Administrative Expense Claims means Claims for costs and expenses of administration of the Bankruptcy Cases arising after the Petition Date and prior to the Closing Date under sections 328, 330, 363, 364(c)(1), 365, 503(b), 507(a)(2), or 507(b) of the Bankruptcy Code.
