Administrative Discharge definition

Administrative Discharge means discharge of a patient from a service that is initiated by the service for reasons including program policies, behavioral concerns, or provider−initiated termination.

It also includes any existing mobile point source, such as an offshore oil drilling rig, seafood processing vessel, or aggregate plant that begins discharging at a location for which it does not have an existing permit.
