Administrative Bank means such successor administrative bank, effective upon its appointment, and the former Administrative Bank's rights, powers and duties as Administrative Bank shall be terminated without any other or further act or deed on the part of such former Administrative Bank or any of the other parties to this Loan Agreement. After the resignation of any Administrative Bank hereunder, the provisions of this Section 11 shall not by reason of such resignation be deemed to release the Administrative Bank from liability for any actions taken or not taken by it while it was the Administrative Bank under this Loan Agreement.

  • Administrative agency or "agency" means each board, bureau, commission, department, or other administrative unit of the executive branch of state government, including one or more officers, employees, or other persons directly or indirectly purporting to act on behalf or under authority of the agency. An administrative unit located within or subordinate to an administrative agency must be treated as part of that agency to the extent it purports to exercise authority subject to this chapter.
