Administrative and Technical Staff definition

Administrative and Technical Staff means a staff who is deputed in the Mission to perform administrative and technical functions.
Administrative and Technical Staff means members of the staff of a Diplomatic Mis- sion that are employed in the administrative and technical service of the mission and who are not citizens of Seychelles;

  • Administrative, and Technical Staff who are exempt from the wage and hour provisions of the FLSA do not receive additional compensation or time off from the CCSNH when they work more than their required hours in a work week.
