Administrative Agent’s Account for Payments means, for all payments by the Borrowers in Canadian Dollars or U.S. Dollars, as applicable, the following accounts maintained by the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent’s Branch of Account, to which payments and transfers are to be effected:

Examples of Administrative Agent’s Account for Payments in a sentence

  • The Lender shall provide to the Administrative Agent’s Account for Payments the Discount Proceeds less the Acceptance Fee payable by the Borrower with respect to the Bankers’ Acceptance.

  • At or before 1:00 p.m. on the Drawdown Date, each Lender will make its participation available to the Borrower at the Administrative Agent’s Account for Payments and, for greater certainty, Bankers’ Acceptances shall be accepted by the Lenders at their respective Branches of Account.

  • For each Borrowing Request, the Administrative Agent shall deposit to the Proceeds Account all funds received from the Lenders in respect thereof (but only to the extent received by the Administrative Agent in the Administrative Agent’s Account for Payments).

  • The Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders interest on CDOR Loans at the Administrative Agent’s Account for Payments at a rate per annum equal to the CDOR Rate plus the Applicable Margin as determined by the Administrative Agent for each calendar month based on the one (1) month CDOR Rate available on the last Business Day of the immediately preceding calendar month.

  • Interest payable to the Administrative Agent shall be paid to the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent’s Account for Payments.

Related to Administrative Agent’s Account for Payments

  • Administrative Agent’s Account means, for each Currency, an account in respect of such Currency designated by the Administrative Agent in a notice to the Borrower and the Lenders.

  • Administrative Agent’s Letter shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.9 [Administrative Agent’s Fee].

  • Applicable Agent means (a) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in US Dollars or any Letter of Credit, and with respect to any payment hereunder that does not relate to a particular Loan or Borrowing, the Administrative Agent and (b) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in any Alternative Currency, the London Agent.

  • Lender’s Account means the account identified in Schedule L-1.

  • Canadian Administrative Agent means Royal Bank of Canada in its capacity as Canadian administrative agent for the lenders party to the Canadian Credit Agreement and any successor thereto.

  • ABL Administrative Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation, or any successor administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation.

  • Agent Account means an account in the name of the Agent designated by the Agent to the Borrower from time to time into which the Borrower shall make all payments to the Agent, for the account of the Agent or the Lenders, as the case may be, under this Agreement.

  • Borrower Account has the meaning specified in Section 2.11(a)(ii).

  • Revolving Administrative Agent means the administrative agent under the Revolving Credit Agreement.

  • First Lien Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Supplemental Administrative Agent has the meaning specified in Section 9.13(a) and “Supplemental Administrative Agents” shall have the corresponding meaning.

  • Second Lien Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Supplemental Administrative Agents shall have the corresponding meaning.

  • Administrative Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Administrative Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as administrative agent under any of the Loan Documents, or any successor administrative agent.
