Administrative Agent Office definition

Administrative Agent Office means the address set forth at Subsection 16.4.2, as it may change from time to time by notice to all parties to this Credit Agreement.

Administrative Agent Office means the Administrative Agent’s address and, as appropriate, account as set forth on Schedule 15.02, or such other address or account as the Administrative Agent may from time to time notify the Borrowers and the Lenders.

• All payments due to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders under this Agreement, the Notes and the other Loan Documents shall be made to the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent Office or to such other Person or at such other address as the Administrative Agent may designate by written notice to the Borrowers.
