Adjustment Pricing Period definition

Adjustment Pricing Period means, with respect to a particular Put Notice, the Ten (10) Trading Days immediately after the applicable Put Notice Date unless extended pursuant to Section 2.9.
Adjustment Pricing Period means the period during the Pricing Period from the day after Clark elects a Supply Volume Adjustment and all Trading Xxxx following, up to and including the expiration of the prompt NYMEX Contract.

Related to Adjustment Pricing Period

  • Adjustment Price means the lowest Underlying Price within the Adjustment Period after the Underlying Price is for the first time equal to or below the Adjustment Threshold.

  • Adjustment Period means the period from the Effective Date up to and including the Expiry Time;

The adjusted rate will be published without undue delay in accordance with §12.

  • CPI Adjustment means the quotient of (i) the CPI for the month of January in the calendar year for which the CPI Adjustment is being determined, divided by (ii) the CPI for January of 2007.
