Adjusted Aggregate Loan Exposure means, at any time of determination thereof, the amount obtained by discounting the Aggregate Loan Exposure at such time from the Maturity Date to the time of determination thereof in accordance with accepted financial practice and at a discount factor equal to two percent (2.00%) per annum, compounded quarterly; provided, however, that such percentage may be increased by written agreement of Borrower and Lender.
