Adjudication Services definition

Adjudication Services means the services provided by an independent third party who measures and reports to the Pharmacy Quality Committee respecting the provision of Products and Services by PharMerica to the Facilities pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, based on the adjudication metrics to be developed by PharMerica and Ceres under Section 9(h) .
Adjudication Services means the work carried out by the Adjudicator and the Adjudicator’s Office in dealing with complaints from HMRC & VOA customers. Date Action
Adjudication Services means expenditures for the costs of commissions involved in the registration of real estate rights, including the rental of office space, the cost of salaries for contract staff (other than those financed under Category (5)), local travel, material and miscellaneous supplies, and other reasonable expenditures incurred by such commissions directly associated with implementation of Project activities as may be agreed with the Bank; and

  • The Human Resources representative shall chair the Committee and shall act as liaison with the treating physician, the insurance carrier, vocational rehabilitation services, Adjudication Services, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, as required.

  • If AccuSource performs Concierge Adjudication Services on behalf of Client, AccuSource’s sole responsibility will be to perform such services accurately in accordance with Client’s then-current Adjudication Guidelines provided to AccuSource.

  • If HireRight performs Managed Adjudication Services on behalf of Subscriber, HireRight`s sole responsibility will be to perform such services accurately in accordance with Subscriber`s then-current Adjudication Guidelines provided to HireRight.

  • Reporting for the Administrative Review portion of the system includes a monthly report of Outstanding Administrative Reviews and the Administrative Adjudication Services report which provides a summary of the adjudication activities for the month.

  • HireRight will apply Subscriber`s Adjudication Guidelines to the Screening Report information reported by HireRight and then provide to Subscriber a status that reflects the outcome of such application ("Managed Adjudication Services"); provided, however, that HireRight will not apply any "does not meet" or equivalent final adverse status, which ultimately must be determined and applied by Subscriber.

  • This Section 2(f) is only applicable if Subscriber utilizes HireRight`s Managed Adjudication Services, as described below and subject to applicable product/service specifications.

  • By signing this Agreement the Client and the Service Provider indicate their agreement that any dispute that arises from the performance of this Agreement will be resolved by MBA Law Services which may include: • MBA Adjudication Services or • MBA Criminal Prosecution Services.

Related to Adjudication Services

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Remediation Services means the additional services required to be provided hereunder by BNYM or the Custodian in connection with a Fund Error in order to correct, remediate, adjust, reprocess, repeat, reverse or otherwise modify conduct previously taken in accordance with the Agreement to achieve the outcome originally intended by the previous conduct.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.
