Adjacent Plot definition
Adjacent Plot means the plot, with a surface of around 22,000 m², which is adjacent to the northeast end of S.E.F., as appeared and illustrated under letters a, b, c, d, e, a in the topographical plan no. 270A/25.02.2005 of “Tourism Development Company S.A.” on a scale of 1:2,000, certified by the Greek National Tourism Organization, copy of which is published in scale–down in Law 3498/2006 (Government Gazette Bulletin A΄ 230/24.10.2006), including existing facilities, components and appurtenances thereof, as this will be further defined in the VDR. The Fund reserves the right to add and/or remove parts thereof by notifying this to the Interested Investors within reasonable time before the Offer’s submission deadline.
