Adeona Product definition

Adeona Product means any product in the Field that is created, produced, developed, or identified directly or indirectly by or on behalf of Adeona during the Term whether through use or practice of Intrexon Channel Technology or the Intrexon Materials or otherwise.

Examples of Adeona Product in a sentence

  • The decision to list or not list Patents in any regulatory filing for a Adeona Product (for example, as required by 21 C.F.R. § 314.53(b)), or add or delete a Patent from a regulatory filing shall be determined by Intrexon, after consultation with Adeona, except with respect to Product Specific Program Patents, which will be mutually determined by the Parties.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
