Additional Ship Delivery Advance definition

Additional Ship Delivery Advance means in relation to each Additional Ship an Advance to be made available under Clause 1.2 (d) and, in the plural, means all of them;

  • Initial Advance means the first Advance made pursuant to Article II.

  • Credit Event Resolution Request Date means, with respect to a notice to ISDA requesting that a Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee be convened to resolve:

  • Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the portion of the Day- ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement that is required in addition to the Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement to ensure adequate resources are procured to meet real-time load and operational needs, as specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • The Advance Purchase Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Purchase Order on the bidder.

  • Drawdown Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Drawdown Request).

  • Draw Down Pricing Period means, with respect to each Draw Down, a period of eight (8) consecutive Trading Days beginning on the first Trading Day specified in a Draw Down Notice.

  • Additional Advance means each additional loan that is made under an RBC Homeline Plan after the initial advance, including any new or additional advances, increases to principal, or further borrowings or extensions of the term, including in the case of any fluctuating account or accounts, revolving loans, or lines of credit, additional segments of such facilities made after the initial advance. They are referred to collectively as Additional Advances.

  • Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the thirty-minute reserve requirement for the PJM Region established consistent with the Applicable Standards, plus any additional thirty-minute reserves scheduled in response to an RTO-wide Hot or Cold Weather Alert or other reasons for conservative operations.   • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1. Demand Bid:

  • Utilisation Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part I of Schedule 3 (Requests).

  • Delivery Day means a day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or any other day on which national banking associations are authorized to be closed. Any party may change its address for purposes of the receipt of notices and demands by giving notice of the change in the manner provided in this provision.

  • Letter of Acceptance (LOA means the written notice issued by JMRC to the selected bidder(s) intimating the acceptance of selected bidder's Proposal for the award of Lease;

  • The Advance Work Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Work Order on the bidder.

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.

  • Advance shipment notice means an electronic notification used to list the contents of a shipment of goods as well as additional information relating to the shipment, such as passive radio frequency dentification (RFID) or item unique identification (IUID) information, order information, product description, physical characteristics, type of packaging, marking, carrier information, and configuration of goods within the transportation equipment.

  • Delay Delivery Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which all or a portion of a related Mortgage File is not delivered to the Trustee or to the Custodian on its behalf on the Closing Date. The number of Delay Delivery Mortgage Loans shall not exceed 25% of the aggregate number of Mortgage Loans as of the Closing Date.

  • Tranche A Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Drawdown Notice means a notice in the form set out in Schedule 2 (or in any other form which the Agent approves or reasonably requires);

  • Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).

  • Final Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(d).

  • Delivery Instructions means the instructions set out in the Contract for the provision of the Goods and Services, including any other information the Authority considers appropriate to the provision of the Goods and Services.

  • PMI Advance As defined in the related Servicing Agreement, if applicable.

  • Drawdown Period means, in relation to an Advance, the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending on the relevant Termination Date or the period ending on such earlier date (if any) on which (a) the aggregate amount of all Advances is equal to the Commitment or (b) the Commitment is reduced to zero pursuant to clauses 4.3, 10.2 or 12 or (c) Delivery of the Ship relevant to such Advance occurs;

  • Equipment Advance is defined in Section 2.1.1.

  • Notice of Drawdown means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Notice of Drawdown).

  • Credit Event Notice means an irrevocable notice from the Issuer or the Swap Counterparty, as the case may be, to the other party (in the form and delivered in the manner described in the Default Swap) that describes a Credit Event that occurred on or after the Effective Date of the Default Swap.
