Additional Senior Lien Obligations definition

Additional Senior Lien Obligations means, with respect to any Series of Additional Senior Lien Obligations, all amounts owing to the applicable Additional Senior Lien Secured Parties (including the Initial Additional Senior Lien Secured Party) pursuant to the terms of any Additional Senior Lien Document (including the Initial Additional Senior Lien Agreement) including, without limitation, (a) all amounts in respect of any principal, premium, interest (including any interest and fees accruing subsequent to the commencement of an Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding at the rate provided for in the respective Additional Senior Lien Documents, whether or not such interest or fees are allowed claims under any such proceeding or under applicable state, federal or foreign law), penalties, fees, expenses, indemnifications, reimbursements, damages and other liabilities, and guarantees of the foregoing amounts, (b) all other amounts payable to such Additional Senior Lien Secured Parties under the related Additional Senior Lien Documents and (c) any renewals or extensions of the foregoing.
Additional Senior Lien Obligations means, with respect to any Series of Additional Senior Lien Claims, (a) all principal, interest (including any Post-Petition Interest), premium (if any), penalties, fees, expenses (including fees, expenses and disbursements of agents, professional advisors and legal counsel), indemnifications, reimbursements, damages, statutory claims and other liabilities, and guarantees of the foregoing amounts, in each case whether or not allowed or allowable in an Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding, payable with respect to such Additional Senior Lien Claims, (b) all other amounts payable to the related Additional Senior Lien Claimholders under the related Additional Senior Lien Documents (other than in respect of any Indebtedness not constituting Additional Senior Lien Claims), (c) subject to Section 5.8 hereof, any Hedging Obligations and Bank Product Obligations secured under the Senior Lien Collateral Documents securing such Series of Additional Senior Lien Claims and (d) any renewals or extensions of the foregoing.
Additional Senior Lien Obligations means all additional Obligations of any kind or class, including bonds, notes, bond anticipation notes, commercial paper and other obligations, issued or incurred as Senior Lien Obligations under and in accordance with this Master Resolution and any Supplemental Resolutions.
