Additional Preference Shares definition

Additional Preference Shares means preference shares of the Issuer, other than the Original Preference Shares, which are issued on substantially similar terms to the Original Preference Shares and recorded as issued and existing in the Share Register.
Additional Preference Shares means any Preference Shares issued to ---------------------------- Philips Media in settlement of the SAR.
Additional Preference Shares means up to a maximum of 260,000,000 Preference “Affiliate” of any specified persons

  • An application will be made by the Company to the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange for the listing of, and permission to deal in, the Ordinary Shares to be issued on conversion in full of the New Preference Shares and the Additional Preference Shares.
