Additional Placement Capacity definition

Additional Placement Capacity means the capacity to issue additional Equity Securities by way of placement approved by Shareholders under Listing Rule 7.1A.

  • In such circumstances the Company will provide a valuation of the non-cash consideration as required by ASX Listing Rule 7.1A.3.(e) Allocation policyThe Company's allocation policy for the issue of new Equity Securities under the Additional Placement Capacity will depend on the market conditions existing at the time of the proposed issue.

  • At the date of this Notice, the Company has not approached any particular existing Shareholder or security holder or an identifiable class of existing security holder to participate in a proposed issue of Equity Securities under the proposed Additional Placement Capacity.

  • Shareholders must approve the Additional Placement Capacity by special resolution at the annual general meeting.

Related to Additional Placement Capacity

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Nameplate capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.

  • Additional Facility means an additional term or revolving facility referred to in Section 2.14 and “Additional Facilities” means all or any such Additional Facilities.

  • Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:
