Additional MAb Product means the Transgenic version of any therapeutic product based on, incorporating or derived from monoclonal antibodies, other than the CD20 Mab Product.
Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms and chosen by Enrolled Affiliate under this Enrollment.
Additional Indication means any indication other than the Initial Indication.
Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.
New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.
Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.
