Additional Land Parcels definition
Additional Land Parcels means the additional parcels of land as set out in Table H15.2 and Table H15.3 of Part H15 and Part K22 of the PSR. Additional MOFF Area means a part of the Maintenance Area upon which an Additional MOFF is located.

The Land and the Additional Land Parcels are together contemplated to consist of up to twenty-four (24) units.
The Declarant and its successors and assigns reserve the right to add the Additional Land Parcels, Phases and Units, but are under no obligation to do so.
Until such time that all of the Additional Land Parcels are added to the Condominium, the Land expressly includes, the right and easement to use those portions of the private way known as Pine Hill Road whether or not the same is located on the Land.
