Additional Guarantor Supplement definition

Additional Guarantor Supplement is defined in Section 4.2 hereof.
Additional Guarantor Supplement means an agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J or such other form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Additional Guarantor Supplement means a certificate prepared and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower with respect to each Subsidiary of the Borrower (other than any Subsidiary that signed this Agreement as Guarantor on the Effective Date) in the form of Exhibit I hereto.

  • Each Guarantor has full corporate or limited liability company power and authority to enter into this Agreement pursuant to an Additional Guarantor Supplement and perform all of its Obligations hereunder.

Additional Guarantor Supplement means an Additional Guarantor Supplement in the form of Exhibit G hereto.
