A worker who is not required to carry the full duties of another position, but is, in the temporary absence, of 5 or more days, required to undertake some additional functions whilst remaining in their substantive position shall be entitled to an Additional Duties Allowance of $3.90 per hour per day for the entire duration of the absence.
