ADDITIONAL COLLATERAL DATE definition

ADDITIONAL COLLATERAL DATE means the first date on which the failure to satisfy the Additional Collateral Requirement with respect to any Additional Subsidiary would constitute an Event of Default under any Credit Agreement.
ADDITIONAL COLLATERAL DATE means the first business day following the Satisfaction Date; provided, however, that if the conditions set forth in Sections 6.1 and 6.2 (other than Sections 6.2(g) and 6.2(i)) are satisfied (or waived by Parent and Buyer), and if the certificates and other documents required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.2 are delivered, in each case as of the Satisfaction Date and at or prior to 9:30 a.m. on such date, then the term "Additional Collateral Date" shall mean the Satisfaction Date.
