Additional Care definition

Additional Care means community services such as long term care services, or rehabilitative services that can be provided to a tenant either in the residential care facility or in the community;
Additional Care means any personal care, support or nursing services identified in the Resident’s Care Assessment that it is agreed by Parties shall require more resources than the Provider would normally need to apply for a Resident assessed as requiring Standard Care;
Additional Care means any personal care, support or nursing services identified in the Resident’s Care Assessment that would entail the use of more staff hours than the Provider would normally need to use if that Resident was assessed as requiring only Standard Care; DEFINITION SUBJECT TO CONSULTATION.

Examples of Additional Care in a sentence

  • If available, you may book additional care outside of your child’s normal booking pattern (Additional Care).

  • You agree to pay any fees for Additional Care as per the nursery fee sheet.

  • You may pay for Additional Care by credit or debit card, failure to attend any additional Care sessions will still be fully charged.

  • You agree to pay any Fees for Additional Care as per the Nursery Fee Sheet.

  • In the event TWC desires for CSG to provide other services in addition to the Basic Care Express Services (“Additional Care Express Services”), the parties agree to negotiate in good faith with respect to the terms and conditions (including without limitation, pricing) on which the Additional Care Express Services shall be provided to Customers unless such terms and conditions are already provided for in this Agreement.

  • The duration, associated payment and review arrangements relating to the Additional Care Charge shall be recorded on the Individual Placement Agreement.

  • C.3.1 The Council shall pay an Additional Care Charge in exceptional circumstances where the Resident has been assessed as requiring Additional Care and the Council has not sourced an alternative provider to deliver the Additional Care.

  • The Resident’s weekly assessed income is insufficient to meet the Weekly Care Home Fees [and the Resident’s Weekly Additional Care Costs].

  • A.5.1 Before any Service to a Resident may commence the Resident must, with the exception of Placements made in an emergency situation, have had a Care Assessment carried out and have been assessed by the Council as requiring Standard Care and if applicable Additional Care.
