Additional B-1 Loan definition

Additional B-1 Loan means a Loan that is made in respect of an Additional B-1 Commitment pursuant to Section 2.01(e)(ii) of the Credit Agreement on the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date.

  • Term B-1 Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.01(a).

  • Additional Advance means each additional loan that is made under an RBC Homeline Plan after the initial advance, including any new or additional advances, increases to principal, or further borrowings or extensions of the term, including in the case of any fluctuating account or accounts, revolving loans, or lines of credit, additional segments of such facilities made after the initial advance. They are referred to collectively as Additional Advances.

  • Term SOFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition of Term SOFR.

  • Incremental Term Loan Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of an Incremental Term Lender evidencing the Incremental Term Loans made by such Incremental Term Lender, and any amendments, supplements and modifications thereto, any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part.

  • Term Loan A Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Term Loan A Lender evidencing the portion of the Term Loan A made by such Term Loan A Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1.

  • Term B Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Term B Lender, or its registered assigns, evidencing Term B Loans made by such Term B Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1.

  • Incremental Revolving Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(b).

  • Additional Lender Certificate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(c)(ii)(F).

  • Additional Loan means the Eligible Loans evidenced by a Note or Notes sold from time to time during the Supplemental Purchase Period pursuant to an Additional Purchase Agreement and related documentation, together with any guaranties and other rights relating thereto including, without limitation, Interest Subsidy Payments and Special Allowance Payments.
