Additional 2023 Notes definition

Additional 2023 Notes means any 2023 Notes issued under and pursuant to the terms of and subject to the conditions of this Indenture after the Initial Issue Date.

Additional 2023 Notes means Additional Notes that are 2023 Notes. “Additional 2025 Notes” means Additional Notes that are 2025 Notes. “Additional Assets” means:

Additional 2023 Notes means, subject to the Company’s compliance with Section 4.08, 6.000% Notes due 2023 issued from time to time after the Issue Date under the terms of the Indenture (other than pursuant to Sections 2.06, 2.07, 2.10 or 3.06 of the Indenture).

Examples of Additional 2023 Notes in a sentence

• The aggregate principal amount of the Additional 2023 Notes, if any, shall be unlimited.

• Additional 2023 Notes so created and issued will be consolidated with and form a single series with the 2023 Notes.

• After the Initial Issue Date, subject to Section 4.3, the Issuer may issue, from time to time, and the Trustee shall authenticate upon receipt of an Authentication Order, Additional 2023 Notes for original issue.

• The Issuer may, from time to time, without the consent of any existing Holders but subject to Section 7.10, create and issue Additional 2023 Notes hereunder having the same terms and conditions as the 2023 Notes in all respects, except for the date of issuance, issue price and first payment of interest thereon.

• Any such Additional 2023 Notes will be a part of the series having the same terms as the 2023 Original Notes.

More Definitions of Additional 2023 Notes

Additional 2023 Notes means additional 2023 Notes (other than the Initial 2023 Notes and other than Exchange Notes issued for such Initial 2023 Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.13.

Additional 2023 Notes means any Securities (other than the Initial 2023 Notes) issued under this Supplemental Indenture in accordance with Section 2.08 hereof, as part of the same series as the Initial 2023 Notes.

Additional 2023 Notes means additional 2023 Notes (other than Initial 2023 Notes) issued under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.16.

Additional 2023 Notes means the 4.750% Senior Notes due 2023 issued in compliance with and under this Indenture after the Issue Date.

Additional 2023 Notes has the meaning provided in Section 2.01(c).

Additional 2023 Notes means 8 1/8% senior notes due 2023 issued under the terms of this Indenture subsequent to the Issue Date.

Additional 2023 Notes means additional 2023 Notes constituting part of the same series as the 2023 Notes issued on the Issue Date having identical terms and conditions to the 2023 Notes, except with respect to issue date, issue price and interest prior to the first Interest Payment Date.
