Monthly Fees, Add-On Fees (if applicable), and any other charges or fees for Services ordered by Reseller are defined, collectively, as “Fees.” Reseller is responsible for paying such Fees in accordance with AIT’s BP.
Monthly Fees and recurring monthly Add-On Fees shall be due and payable in advance of each calendar month following the Agreement date.
Add-On Fees apply based on the user’s needs for the Add-On items and are subject to change.
You acknowledge that billed amounts may vary due to promotional offers, changes in Subscription Fees and Add-On Fees as per these Terms, or adjustments in applicable taxes.
The Subscription Fees and Add-On Fees will be payable by Customer on or before the Effective Date and on each subsequent Payment Date.
Family agrees to pay their Athlete’s share of the applicable Add-On Fees.
If the request for Add-Ons is agreed by Enboarder, Customer must pay Enboarder the Add-On Fees at the time set out in section 6.
If the Assigned Team chooses to add additional play dates to their schedule, then “Add-On Fees”, which include tournament entry fees, coaching salary, coach hotels, and coach travel, will be incurred and the total Add-On Fees will be divided equally among all Athletes on the Assigned Team.
