ADBL definition

ADBL means Agricultural Development Bank Limited, which operates under NRB license as a commercial bank pursuant to BFIO (defined below) and was incorporated pursuant to the Company Act of the Borrower (repealed and replaced by the Companies Ordinance);
ADBL means Agricultural Development Bank Limited, established under the Company Act and operated as a Class A commercial bank under BFIA;

Examples of ADBL in a sentence

  • The Recipient shall comply with and shall cause ADBL, SFDB, and NRB to comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy.

  • Without limiting the generality of Section 4.02 of this Grant Agreement, the Recipient shall also ensure that an independent auditor acceptable to ADB shall audit the accounts of ADBL and SFDB.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.
