Ad Hoc Rates means as set out in Schedule 1.
Examples of Ad Hoc Rates in a sentence
If the Service Provider chooses to provide Support Services over and above those specified works, the time spent by the Service Provider providing Support Services will be charged at the Ad Hoc Rates (as outlined in the Details Summary table).
The Client must pay all such taxes, duties and customs, including GST, at the same time as the Fees and Ad Hoc Rates.
